Student Worship Leader

We are looking for a dynamic and engaging Student Worship Leader to be part of our team. Our last student worship leader is now a worship pastor at a church.

Position Overview

This position is responsible for structuring worship with middle and high school students. Service Time is Wednesdays @6:30. This person will work directly with our Student Pastor.

Duties and responsibilities

Plan and execute all student services.
Organize, equip, disciple and mentor the student worship band as well as any adult worship volunteers.
Plan and lead worship for various events (such as Fall Retreat, DNOW, summer trip, etc..)
Engage with parents of student worship volunteers

This position is required to work Wednesday Nights as well as a practice day for the Student Worship Band (Any day that works for you) and must be available for scheduled trips and retreats.

This is a volunteer position for a period of time, but all trips (such as Fall Retreat, DNOW, summer trip, etc..) will be paid for. The ideal person is a college age student going into the worship ministry, but not a requirement.
